..and I believe there are enough things in life that drain your energy - so everything I choose to do I want to feel good about. I want to know what I’m doing it for and I want to go to bed looking forward to the next day. I never want to only bare my daily life and count the days to the next vacation. 
Even when there are tasks that aren’t easy or fun, I want to feel like I’ve learned something or grown doing them. I want the people around me to vibe with me and motivate me to reach my goals and I want to feel good about how I spend my everyday life.

And the same goes for events - of course you remember what happened during the event, but more so you remember how you felt. The vibe you experienced, the conversations you had, the feeling you went home with afterwards. Whether or not the experience and interactions gave you energy or drained you. That is what I want to focus on:
